How it works

Chat is very easy to use. You can start chatting in 2 simple steps

A random username is generated for you when you first visit the page. You have two options. You can either change your username or make the system choose a random username for you. This will be your identifier and your username will be used to identify you in the chat when you send messages.

In addition to that, you can also clear the chat and start afresh with a new canvas. Your messages are stored locally on your device, therefore refreshing the page means that all messages will be lost. You can export your chat as a download to your device in the form of a TXT file. The file will have all the messages by all clients that send messages in the space.

Chatting is done in real-time and is end-to-end communication. This means that the file is being sent directly from your device to the device of the receiver without the need for an intermediary.
